LAUREN DEFILIPPI, MS, PT

Lauren has enjoyed practicing physical therapy for 18 years, servicing the residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania as a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. She specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, focusing primarily on shoulder, knee and low back injuries. Her interests include treating the overhead athlete, specifically baseball players, though she enjoys the weekend warriors too!

Lauren provides evidenced-based therapy consisting of manual interventions, IASTM and progressive exercise prescription. She takes an individualized approach to all patient encounters, striving to determine root cause and treating the patient in his or her entirety.
