We've grown and so has our leadership. A huge congratulations is in order to our very own Dr. Shania Grode as she steps into the role of COO for Concierge Orthopedics. Our providers speak with Dr. Grode often as they navigate from recruitment to onboarding while maintaining her own clinical physical therapy practice. Dr. Grode's newest role allows her to focus more on targeting areas of potential growth and maintaining the highest of industry standards throughout the entire CO company.
